Return Policy

At this time, Ddrops Company does not issue refunds for any reason. By making a purchase with Ddrops Company, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy as provided herein. If you feel that your Ddrops® product is defective, please contact us at info@shopddrops.com or call our toll-free number 1-844-433-7677 Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST. You have up to 30 days to return a defective Ddrops® product for replacement only.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Procedure for requesting an exchange:

  1. Contact Ddrops Company via email at info@shopddrops.com to describe your issue. We will need your full contact information, including full name, address, as well as email and phone number. You may also contact us by phone at our toll-free number 1-844-433-7677 Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST.
  2. To complete your exchange, we may require you to send your product back along with a receipt or other proof of purchase, plus your contact information. The Ddrops Company contact team will provide instructions for return and shipping.
  3. Once your issue has been reviewed and the product in question is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your replacement request. Please allow 15 days for us to review your issue and send you an update on your request.
  4. If you are approved, we will then issue you a replacement and advise you by email of approximate delivery schedule. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Late or missing replacement (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your replacement after receiving our email communication, please contact us at info@shopddrops.com or toll-free at 1-844-433-7677 Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST.

Changing or cancelling an order:

Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be able to be changed, added to or cancelled once they have been processed. Cancellations or changes to an order after an order has been placed may be requested, but there is no guarantee that they can or will be implemented.
